While the navigation and main content of the app is only available in English, the animal species names are in many cases also available in Spanish, German and French (besides their scientific name).

Powerful Filtering

Narrow down the shown animal species by applying different filter criteria like e.g. distribution regions where the animal can be found.

EXIF Information for Photographers

For photography interested people we also provide the EXIF data like used camera, lens, focal length, aperture and shutter speed for many photos.

The restriction is that there is only a limited set of animal species available in that version. Further animal species can then be unlocked through In-App-Purchasing directly in the app.
